A beautiful vintage, Rauenthaler Baiken Riesling Sputtese 2017 expresses the typicality of a great wine of Rheingau. Intensely fruity, expressing a beautiful minerality. On the palate, the Sp├Ątlese (Late Harvest) has a superb balance between sugar and lively acidity. Pair deliciously with lobster Newberg, curry dishes or cherry bavarois.
