WARWICK WINE

Three Cape Ladies, 2013, South Africa

A very generous red wine with fruity and menthol aromas. On the palate, very full, luscious, full of compote fruit and spice. The structure supports this silky substance, gently, with well-integrated tannins and freshness. Ideal with fine charcuteries, pork fillets with spices and a mesclun salad with goat cheese.

OCCHIPINTI

Comb PT, 2016, Sicily

A great wine with floral notes (iris, rose), and a fantastic freshness of fruit. Delicious with Tuna with tomatoes, pasta with aubergines and Parmesan and veal moussaka.

CASTILLO PERELADA

5 Finques 2014, Spain

Deep cherry red colour, with purple hints. Aromas of ripe fruit, herbs, balsamic and toast. On the palate, well-structured and balanced with a long finish. Pair beautifully with Salmon a la plancha, chicken Yakitori and cheese (Gruyère, Parmesan, goat cheese).

ESPORAO

Reserva Tinto 2015, Alentejo, Portugal

Aromas of ripe red berries and spice. Ample on the palate generously fruity, firm tannin and a long finish. Perfect with duck foie gras with caramelised apple, Moroccan Kefta tajine and a pear and chocolate Charlotte cake.

ROBERT AND BERNARD PLAGEOLES

Muscadelle, 2017, South-West, France

Delicate and subtle aromas of white flowers, peach, apricot. On the palate, ample, rich and very well balanced. Delicious with oysters, Sole with asparagus and an exotic fruit salad.
