Wine Review

Clos Peyrassol 2017, Côtes de Provence

Very pale colour with salmon-pink highlights. The freshness of citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit and tangerine give way to the sweetness of white-fleshed fruit and peach notes, evolving on the elegance of floral qualities of honeysuckle and boxwood. Perfectly balanced, the palate is seduced by a frank and fleshy attack that reveals a beautiful roundness, filled with flavours perceived on the nose. It finishes on a delicately floral freshness. Delicious with langoustine fritters, courgette flower bombons or a strawberry tiramisu

La Chapelle de Sainte Roseline 2015, Côtes de Provence

Clear and light pink salmon colour. Complex and refined aromas of grapefruit and exotic fruits. On the palate, a natural acidity. Notes of citrus and exotic fruits explode in the mouth. The subtle combination of density and vivacity gives a perfect balance. Pair beautifully with salmon gravlax, fine charcuterie, or fillet of sole in a lemon-butter sauce.

La Londe 2016, Côtes de Provence

Aromas of white fruits and white flowers with subtle hints of citrus and exotic fruits. Beautiful balance on the palate, combining roundness and tension on spicy flavours and white-fleshed fruit. Perfect with charred asparagus and smoked salmon, veal scallops with fine herbs and summer berries fools.

2014 Rosé, Bandol, Provence

Citrus notes, ripe fruits that explode in the mouth before revealing shades of liquorice. Fresh and long on the palate. Enjoy it all year round!

Brut Rosé

Beautiful pale pink colour. Exquisite aromas of red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, or redcurrant). Refined on the palate, the effervescence is sustained but delicate. The final offers a slightly smoky note with a long length. Will pair deliciously with sushi, lightly spiced Asian food, or a strawberry soufflé.
