La Tensione, 2016, Italy

Deep ruby colour, with pronounced aromas of black fruits, tobacco and touches of mint. The palate is rich and dense, with an excellent tannic structure and notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, mocha, leather, vanilla and violet with a slight balsamic finish. Delicious with Italian fine charcuterie, Beef Wellington, cheeses (Comté, Roquefort, Brie de Meaux)


Redigaffi Toscana, 2016, Italy

Opens on black and blue fruit flavours with dark chocolate, spices, tobacco and pepper. Beautiful acidity, balanced with ripe, sweet tannins, and notes of dark cherries and dark forest fruits, cedar wood, plums, mocha, star anise and liquorice on the long finish. Pair beautifully with Lamb tagine, ceps risotto or a raspberry chocolate cake.


PS (Pagos Seleccionados), 2016, Spain

Deep purplish red colour, with broad aromas of dark fruit and savoury spices. The palate is complex, with structured tannins and elegant flavours of blackberries, black plums, liquorice, coffee, tobacco, pepper, cloves and vanilla on a well-balanced finish. Perfect with pork-cutlet skewers, beef tenderloin and chorizo brochettes with plum and coriander tartelette.


Blanc de Blancs 2014, England

Bright golden colour with a lively mousse, aromas of brioche, apple and citrus peel, roasted nuts and vanilla. The palate bursts with flavours of toffee apple, citrus and apricot flavours. Rich and creamy, but with a cutting acidity that balances the wine in the finish. Exquisite with langoustine tartare with oysters, sweetbread and morels, sushi and sashimis, deserts (pear Charlotte cake, macarons).


Grüner Veltliner, 2017, Austria

Subtle gold straw colour with a nose that exhibits spiced notes, yellow apples and a touch of pear. On the palate, apples, both yellow and green dominate, with a hint of ripe grapefruit and lemon through to a persistent finish. A fine pairing with fish and crispy chilly salad, steamed snapper with black beans and chilli, Wiener Schnitzel.
