Gaia Red Blend 2017, organic, Argentina

Deep purple colour, with intense perfumes of red and black berries. A silky palate with soft rounded tannins and notes of blackberries, spices and truffles providing aromatic complexity for an exquisite finish. Delicious with ceps risotto, beef fillet Wellington, fig tartlets.


Cornish Point Pinot Noir 2018, New Zealand

Purplish ruby colour, with lifted aromas of ripe berries and floral notes. The mouth is rich with flavours of cherries, raspberries, strawberries, liquorice, rose petals and violets. There’s a balanced acidity and velvety tannins on the finish. Will pair beautifully with roast lamb, cheese (Gruyère, Comté, Brie) chocolate cake or rich brownies.


Clos Apalta 2015, Valle de Colchagua, Chile

Clos Apalta has a deep purple red colour. The complex nose opens to expressive red and black fruits, plums, red cherries, dried figs and blueberries. The mouth is concentrated with a round attack followed by velvety and polished tannins filling the middle of the mouth and a long and rich finish. Enjoy it with truffle omelette, grilled beef rib and puffed potatoes or soft cheese (goat, Roquefort or Cornish Yarg)


MR de Compostella 2017, South Africa

Deep ruby colour, with an intense nose of red stone fruit and dark berries. The palate is vibrant, with ripe tannins, a well-balanced acidity, and flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, red plum, black cherry, blackcurrant leaf, mocha, and leather on a strong finish. Pair deliciously with lamb tagine, roast duck breast, cheese (aged Cheddar, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Delice de Bourgogne)


No.99 Cabernet Franc Ice wine 2016, Canada

Complex and captivating with sweet flavours of strawberry, rhubarb, plum and orange, this Ice wine offers a flawless balance of sweetness and acidity that erupts with richness. Pair very well with Thai dishes, Indian and Mexican spicy dishes, dessert (chocolate cake, crème brulée, pavlova with red berries)
