Sea Containers looked to the artistic heritage of the South Bank for its summer terrace, which will have suitably vivid, pop-art inspired décor, including a coral picket fence and neon signage. The menu is also inspired by its waterside location, with a seafood focus, and dishes including ceviche, oysters and octopus, while the drinks are provided by Laurent-Perrier.
