This Blanc de Blanc is light golden in colour with a perfect mousse and a nose of citrus and orchard fruit. The palate has a fresh acidity, a chalky minerality, and notes of apple, marmalade, apricot and lemon peel on the lingering finish. Delicious with truffles omelette, sushis and sushimis, or creamy veal escalop.
