Les Baux de Provence, 2017, France

Salmon pink in colour with a nose opening on subtle fruity and floral notes, the palate of this biodynamic wine recalls flavours of orange peel, flowers and honey. It reveals a loose texture that shades into a rather persistent finish. Will pair deliciously with tapenade, lobster salad, Greek and Thai dishes.


Marsannay Rosé 2017, Burgundy, France

A deep cherry pink hue, with a nose of red berries, tea and incense, this dry Rosé has a lively acidity and offers a supple mouth with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and lemon zest that precedes a rather persistent finish. Delightful with summer barbecues and mixed salads, fine cured meats, oriental and Mediterranean spicy dishes.


La Dame Rousse, 2017, Tavel, Rhône, France

A Rosé adorning a vibrant cherry pink colour, this biodynamic wine has a fine nose that exudes subtle fruity, vegetal and spicy notes. The palate bursts with flavours of strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and white pepper, with an acidity bringing a refreshing finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif, or with seafood, salmon fillets.


Vin Gris d'Amador, 2016, Shenandoah Valley, USA

Intense crimson-pink colour, with aromas of fruity and floral notes. The dry palate explodes with flavours of strawberry, ripe banana, toast, flowers and apple. It reveals a supple texture, a tight acidity and a fairly long finish. Will pair beautifully with Mexican dishes.


Patrimonio Rosé, 2016, Corsica, France

The nose is full of elegant red berry and white floral notes with delicate herbaceous hints. This lively Rosé evokes flavors of acidulous red berries, chamomile, thyme, and reveals a vibrant acidity that lingers on the palate. Delicious with smoked salmon blinis, mushroom arancini, beef burritos.
