CHAMPAGNE ANDRÉ BEAUFORT

Polisy, Brut 2005

This vintage Polisy 2005 is adorned with a beautiful light gold colour. The nose offers mineral and floral notes (rose, honeysuckle) which, without being intense, provide a strong character. In the mouth, the attack is supple, generous and harmonious. Warmed in the mouth, the wine delivers perfumes of stewed fruit. The finish is persistent with smoky and acidic characters. An elegant and delicate wine, delicious with salmon blinis, fish terrine or Christmas pudding.

CHAMPAGNE ARMAND DE BRIGNAC

Brut Gold

Wonderfully complex and vinous, the bouquet is both synonymous with freshness and liveliness with light floral notes. On the palate, Armand de Brignac Brut Gold shows a magnificent attack and a vivacity in harmony with subtle notes of brioche. Its texture is deliciously creamy, full-bodied with a long and silky persistence in the mouth. Divine with lobster, roast turkey or creamy cheeses (Brie de Meaux) and Bûche de Noël.

CHAMPAGNE DEUTZ

Amour de Deutz, Rosé 2006

Subtle and seductive, the nose develops very delicate aromas of berries and currants, enhanced with fine vanilla notes. The mouth is ample, refined and complex, with delicious perfumes of crushed strawberry, blackcurrant and sweet spice which dance harmoniously on the palate. The wine is a perfect balance between aromatic power and fine acidity. A vintage full of beautiful promises, in the purest Deutz style. Wonderful with blinis with caviar, crab terrine, cheese (Tomme de Brebis), Fraisier.

CHAMPAGNE LOUIS ROEDERER

Brut Nature, Starck 2006

Elegance is the word that comes to mind when tasting this champagne. The golden yellow colour is bejewelled with light reflections at every appearance of the shiny bubbles. The bouquet, intense and precise, reveals the spring flowers, pears and citrus peel. After aeration, this will crescendo to develop dry fruits, smoke and cocoa bean. Exquisite with oysters or chestnut and truffle risotto.

CHAMPAGNE PHILIPPONNAT 1522

Rosé, 2006

This champagne has a pale pink colour with purple hues, the foam is fine and delicate. On the nose, there are notes of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant). On the palate, the attack is fresh and pure. The 2006 cuvée perfectly combines the ripeness of the fruit with great minerality. Champagne Philipponnat offers us a refined and delicate rosé, sublime with salmon or a red berry pavlova.

Ruinart Blanc de Blanc, is the emblem of Champagne Ruinart.
